    Brought an used XBOX ONE!


    Hello guys! I brought an used XBOX ONE, and the previous owner allowed me to play his games. He said he had a GOLD subscription and won for about 20 games and I see them too on my profile, but when I try to run them I get the following error: `Do you own
    this game or app?` . So I have to renew his GOLD account.

    The question is: If I will subscribe to GOLD from my account, will I get access to his games or should I resubscribe from his account?

    jus brought my son a used xbox one for xmas and the console happen to be banned i have tried to call microsoft and xbox one support they was no help

    I just got a Xbox one

    So I got my Xbox one yestaday with my controller and cod ghost so I got Ryse: Son of Rome on my Xbox one to ready to install how did I get that was it because I'm a gold member or it came free with the Xbox one I brought used.

    No I don't believe you will get access to this gold content as you have to be a gold member and have redeemed the games with gold offer whilst it was active.

    I would not recommend you re subscribe from his account as he could very easily change his home console after you paid for the gold membership and you would lose access to the games.

    If you are looking to build up a quick game library in addition to Games with Gold there is
    EA Access and
    Xbox Game Pass     available on the console.

    Can I use Xbox 360 marketplace content/DLC for games of the same title on Xbox One?

    Ive had this problem, especially with battlefield 4 and hardline, ive brought maps and dlc etc on 360, got a xbox one and brought the games again and hwvent been able use the dlc. Unless ive done something wrong.

    Brought xbox live but xbox one wont let me use it.

    Try logging out of your profile and logging back in and see if that works.

    If not then remove your profile and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord
    back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in.
