Brothers to the end content missing

I had the same to. So far I have found out that the codes could take up to 10 days to reach you and when I contacted amazon the have send me a code but it's the wrong

Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In your Customization options, under Characters and Weapon Skins



The Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher).



IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your game via the Xbox or Windows Store, you will need to redeem the code given to you by your retailer for this content. Please contact the retailer you purchased from if
you do not have this code.



Why does this pack appear as Adam Fenix DLC in my Downloaded Items?

This is a display error with the pack, and does not have an impact on your ability to find this content in game.



How do I find my Characters and Weapon Skins?

Unlike many of our other bonus items, these Cards go directly into your inventory. Head to the Customization menu and check your Characters, Lancer and Gnasher weapon skins.



I can’t find the Brothers To The End items.

Funny thing: I did receive the codes for GEARS 1, GEARS 3 and GEARS JUDGMENT - twice! But the SEASONPASS and BROTHERS TO THE END are still missing.

The Coalition's post here. Additionally, per their
FAQ for Gears 4, the Brothers to the End DLC should also be under Manage Game where the Season Pass content is.

Please check there to see if you are able to find them! If you cannot find the Brothers to the End items in game after downloading, please post on the FAQ linked above your gamertag, what's missing, how you purchased the game, and when you first played Gears
4 with a specific date (and time, if you can). Let us know how this works for you!

In-game content does not always share and is usually only given to the person who bought the game. You could try refunding the purchase and then repurchasing the game as a gift for your brother or, if it's available, buy the missing content as a gift for
him.
