Brother's Account Help

First off my brother's account name is Killer Shrapnel. The trouble with his account is a little confusing, it seems like he can't sign in to his account, and it's not a password problem because he's successfully changed it over and over, but still can't
sign in. Other websites that use microsoft account information also don't recognize his account as existing such as his destiny app microsoft sign in. As far as I can tell this all started when, upon starting our Xbox 360 a security\password verification thing
came up and he completed it but afterwards the problems mentioned above began to occur. Sorry I can't be more descriptive, but perhaps just going over his status from your end can find the problem.

stolen xbox 360

Hi, my brother's xbox was stolen 2 days ago and today some one was playing his account. I sent him a message and who ever is using the stolen xbox messaged me back and even sent a game request. Is there anyway to find out the location of the xbox and where
the person is using my brother's account? Pleeeeeassssssssse help

If your brother has forgotten his Microsoft Account password, please inform him that he can follow the troubleshooting steps in this article here.

If your brother has forgotten the EMAIL to his Microsoft Account (this is the email he used to sign into his account) then he can try the troubleshooting steps in this article.

If your brother can't get back into his account and knows the email address OR the phone number to the Account, but he no longer has access to any of the security proofs (NOTE: A security proof is an email or phone number Microsoft uses to send a security
code to. This is to verify you're the account holder) then he can recover his account by filling out an ACSR form.

He would need to contact support. As long as he can verify that he is the owner of the account, they can get him the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I'm guess i'm going to do that tomorrow, but the support site says that i should have the answer for the secret question, name for the registered user etc. Which i don't have as i wrote above.

So that's why i asked here, and hoped for help from some mod or admin that could help me out with this.
