    Brothers account got banned so now my Xbox is banned I haven't done anything wrong.


    Brothers account got banned so now my Xbox is banned I haven't done anything wrong.

    I share my Xbox one with my brother. He has his own account and I have my own account.

    So my brother tells me he got banned for bullying and harassment. I boot up my Xbox to play a game and I get this message

    "Choose something else to do"

    "Because of your past behavior you cannot play multiplayer games online."

    I contacted Xbox One support and he told me I should make a post here. That my Xbox is banned.

    It's not right I feel that my Xbox is banned when I haven't done anything at all. My brother on HIS ACCOUNT violated the TOS.



    I haven't done anything wrong at all. I have a perfect record never been banned. I haven't received an email informing me of a ban to my account.

    I feel I shouldn't have to suffer for my brothers mistakes. Can you unban my Xbox and keep his account banned? My Xbox is banned until 8/30/2017

    I can't appeal the ban under Xbox Enforcement because my account is in perfect standing.

    You can view the ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

    Bans aren't handed out the moment something wrong is done, but later on.

    So it could be something your little brother did and got banned for a few days or week later.
