    Can you like hurry up and fix the issues with redeeming codes?

    Just checked it, my membership runs out on the 21st of August 2014, looks like I just wasn't recieving the confirmation message, thanks for the help Brother recieving my confirmation mails :)

    Is your account set up under a family with his account as the parental account?

    Was/Is his email address listed as an account alias for yours? (https://account.live.com > You're info > manage sign in email)

    I was about to confirm the purchase of an add-on(TWD:400days), but then I've dropped my controller and it turn off, so the "confirmation's menu" close and cancel the confirmation. I've recieved a confirmation bill in my e-mail, but if I go see on the add-on
    it still remains at 4,99$. Then I go see how much cash I've left and yes, I bought it. It's like a just threw 5$ away...

    Microsoft, can you please help me fix this problem?

    Yes, I have checked all of my e-mails, including junk folders.

    I haven't recieved any e-mails with 600 Microsoft Points.

    Make sure to provide Proof-of-Purchase to them (should have recieved a Purchase Confirmation in your connected E-Mail inbox).
