    Brother kept setting his Xbox as my profile's Home Xbox,


    Hme Brother kept setting his Xbox as my profile's Home Xbox,now I can't play my games offline until next year even though I just changed my password so he can no longer do this. Any way tech support can somehow reset my home Xbox uses?

    Not exactly. If Brother 1 has Xbox Live, and sets his home console to Brother 2s, then both would be able to access Xbox Live. Brother 1 because his GT is the one with online access, and Brother 2 because of the home Gold.

    Thats what I was doing for a while with a friend of mine. I didnt bother buying my own Xbox Live for about a year since her profile was on my Xbox One and set to Home.

    Get what I mean?

    Yeah, I know. I was at his house and downloaded my profile. I forgot to remove it when I left. I changes my password but since he changed my home Xbox three times I can't change it back

    You can contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     & they may reset it for you but they are under no obligation to do so.

    If they wont then you will have to wait 12 months before you can assign a your home console again.

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     & they may reset it for you but they are under no obligation to do so.

    If they wont then you will have to wait 12 months before you can assign a your home console again.

    Hi Fellow gamer,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. You can set up the
    home console     of his account on your Xbox. Basically your brother will add his profile to your Xbox, set your Xbox as home. He then can remove his account if he likes. This will allow you to play the game on your console. Your brother will be able to play
    the game on his console.
