Broken

I have sent my Xbox 360 in four times for repair. This has been going since June...almost 5 months. They keep saying its fixed but when I get it back it does the same thing. The power light comes on for second and goes right back off. The
console and power brick have supposedly been replaced. I was just discussing with a support agent via chat and she just left the chat with no resolutuon. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I have a Xbox I bought brand new, it worked for 6
months, died, and I have been without it ever since despite sending it in FOUR times. What a terrible way to treat a customer. What junk

Broken. The forums are BROKEN, not broke... *sigh* Society is broken with people who can't use proper grammar. Jeez...

 

Difficulty broken... It's still insanely difficult no matter what you choose on MK2 and MK3.

It is broken. The originals were broken. They're going to stay broken.

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing something like that, but for an issue like that you will need to contact Xbox Support, I would advise trying to contact them via Phone. You could try using

support.xbox.com/contact-us be sure it matches your physical region in the bottom left corner, so it will show your region specific contact details.

 

Thank you or this post Finalmetal. I sent my 360 in for maintenance earlier in the year or late last year. Rock Band 3 would play one song and then say the disc was unreadable. I was charged $90 and told the box was fixed and when I got it back, same issue
still happened. Every other disc I own works except RB3. I pulled a brand new RB3 disc out of cellophane after the "repair" and put it in the 360 and got the same message. Both of the discs are spotless. I can't believe you went through four services of of
your box. I basically gave up video games for the last 6-8 months because the $90 I spent was wasted and the issue was not fixed. I never followed up with them about their non-fix because after the first $90 I just figured why waste more money and time. Now
the only response you get is contact customer support? Yeah, he already did that. That's not helpful WPAK.

 

Customer support are the only ones with access to the op's account details & any repair service orders.

No one on the forums has access to that info so WPAK's advice was spot on.
