broken?!?

    so my xbox one just doesn't wanna read my disks anymore and it is very frustrating.

    does anyone know what i can do about it except from digital downloads?

    Broken quests - When will they be fixed?

    Brokent quests usualy cant be fixed at all without starting a new game save. So even if they do patch it, your game probably wont be fixed without starting over. Its just like when the NPCs would die in Megaton in Fallout 3. Some of those were game ending
    bugs. Even when the patch was released, those NPCs were still dead. BUT if you started a brand new game, they would be fine. So if you are waiting for quest bugs to be fixed, you might be out of luck without starting over.

    i have considered sending it for repair but it is gonna cost me a lot of money because there are no microsoft stores in the netherlands according to the website and then i have to send it to the us to get it repaired broken?!? :(

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like the console isn't reading discs at the moment. There are two steps I would recommend doing. The first step to take is to perform a

    Power Cycle on the Xbox One    . The Second troubleshooting step I recommend is to Clear the persistent storage on the Xbox One console. Below are the steps on clearing persistent storage, I hope you find this information helpful in resolving the issue. Let
    us know if this resolved the issue.

    Clearing Persistent Storage:

    1. Access the settings on the Xbox One console

    2. Settings --> Disc & Blu-Ray

    3. Disc & Blu-Ray --> Blu-ray

    4. Blu-Ray --> Clear Persistent Storage

    Clear the persistent storage 3 times.

    I am an achievement hunter and yes I do agree that some achievements have become obsolete or inactive. But I have never really come across a broken achievement. Just for reference can you provide some examples.
    I posted these as a reply to one of comments but if you like more I could go through my list of game and pull a few more out.
