    Broken Xbox


    Hi, I have been talking to Xbox support , been on my mobile phone for one hour regarding my faulty console and then I was disconnected no fault of mine. A replacement console was agreed with a holding fee of £225 for my old console to be returned safely
    to Microsoft .I purchased my Xbox one s in September last year and it broke down as a result of an issue regarding failure to pick up an hmdi signal after six months of light use .It was sent away and fixed under warranty. I then had an issue with your complaints
    department resulting on a free upgraded warranty .I have not used the console since repair now it won't power up for more than 8 seconds. This is obviously another well known problem with the Xbox. I have requested a replacement console and the cash deposit
    you are looking for is an embarrassment for such a big company to be asking your customer to put up a cash deposit for a replacement considering you sold a faulty machine in the first place. You are sending the courier with instructions to remove replacement
    Xbox and return old Xbox in its place.

    @RippenHarra how is the Xbox One supposed to detect a broken Kinect if it's broken? Do broken things work in your universe?
