broken xbox series x

K but my (broken) series x I bought brand new that you guys sent me isn’t available for refund or replacement. If you send me a broken console I should get either of those.

When this started to happen?
Are you using an insider build / beta OS on your console?
And what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

In the meantime, try power cycling your console
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Is this a possibility if I already got my console back to the retailer?

You'd have to get it back from them. Microsoft would want you to send it into them for any repairs/replacements

Sorry about your problem there.

You should set up a repair/replacement order with Microsoft directly. This will be much faster than waiting for the retailer to replace it.
