Broken Xbox One X not Working Properly

Hi, so last year I purchased my Xbox One X brand new and after 3 months of use the Xbox started acting weird. And I fixed everything by replacing the hdd/ hard drive.

Here are a list of examples that happen on my console and they are extremely frustrating:

1. The Xbox One has problem loading textures in a load of games (this includes fortnite and forza)

When the textures do not load my Xbox starts glitching up and then I have to shut down the console and unplug it and start it back up.

2. The Xbox does not install games properly even on the newest update.

During a game installation sometimes the system will show a notification saying "Installation Stopped." It will stay like this unless I shutdown or restart the console.

3. The Xbox One X becomes unresponsive and it glitches on the menu.

This is quite common with my xbox one as it happens everyday. D:

4. Corrupted Files will appear and you will lose all your progress in some games.

I lost everything in Forza Horizon 4 I had a collection of cars tons of credits and the customer support is dismal in my oppinion.

If you have replaced the hard drive of the console yourself, then there is nothing we can do to help as discussion of self repair is against the forum rules. Your warranty would obviously be void as a result as well and you cannot get it repaired by Microsoft.

Are you part of the Xbox Insiders program? If so, it might be worth trying to remove your console from the Xbox Insider program so you can revert to a more stable version of the Xbox One dashboard.

If it's not an OS issue, and it's a hardware issue, then check to see if your console is still under warranty with either Microsoft or the store where you purchased the console from. If it's still under warranty, then hopefully they can get it repaired or
replaced for you.

It wont,like I said,it's broken & doesn't work properly anymore.

It's been like it for several months & isn't likely to start working again anytime soon.

I sent my broken Xbox One that has never worked properly for the entire year that I have owned it, and they sent it back broken with this issue.

yip my system is broken ever sinse the new update and dashboard over 20 power cycles now as my Xbox locks up freezes and crashes games crash the usb TV wont work properly and crashes you tube and apps glitch the list goes on and
on never in my Xbox life have I had to physically power cycle my Xbox multiple times a day grrrrrr They have broken my Xbox starting to regret my pre order of the Xbox one x Is it to late to cancel
