    Broken XBox One Headset


    Hi, I have an xbox one headset that the ear piece has broken on.

    I took it back to the shop I bought it from (its within warranty) and they said that they would have exchanged it, but that now all exchanges have to go via Microsoft.

    How do I get this sorted via Microsoft please?

    Hey does anybody know anythnk about a wireless headset for xbox one i have had 3 normal headsets that have broke lol thats why i usualy by a wireless headset !

    Bought a third headset, ran straight through 3.5 Jack and we're back online. Guess just bad luck I purchased a broken headset trying to fix a broken one.

    Hi there Crest,

    Thanks for the reply. Please review the post by XBF Jasmine. "Since the headset is not working on one but works with the other it could be that there's an issue with the controller's 3.5mm jack for the headset."

    I think the headset jack is broken on my elite controller so I decided to use one of those black adapters.... But it won't allow me to change audio volume.
