    Hi

    It sounds like you may need to send your controller for service, If your controller is eligible you should be able to raise the
    service request here or alternately can you please
    contact Xbox support directlyand they should be able to assist with this.

    I wouldn't even bother sending it in. It will take them 10-12 weeks to send it back. You can do this easily on your own, just was some youtube tutorials. That's what I and all of my friends do.

    Just search for "How to Fix LB/RB Bumper on Xbox Elite Controller" on Youtube.

    if they are broken you always got your warranty, you can go back to the store where you bought your Xbox one Elite controller.

    I think that the controller is durable and shouldt be easy broken.

    None of my Xbox One controllers have broken (5).

    I now have an Elite and it is just as good as the day I bought it.
