    My xbox one is broken and wont turn on. When i buy a new xbox one x, will i be able to get back my digital games and their DLCs? Or will i have to re-buy them?

    My actual Xbox live 360 is broken.. If I buy an other Xbox 360, will can play on my old games on my broken Xbox with the new one? And, will can get my old save too?

    I just purchased this game for 10 bucks this morning, and re-downloaded it three times now. Everytime I try to start the game, it says your disc is dirty etc....

    So will there be an update to this, or can i get my money back? I am not going to just give $10 bucks for a broken digital game.

    I have a new xbox 360 with a big hard drive, so it should let me play it. Any advice?

    Anything you have purchased will be tied to your Microsoft account. Once you
    download your profile onto your new Xbox one X    , everything you have bought on that profile will be available for download with no extra cost.

    The Games are tied to your account. So you can just put your account on your new Xbox then just go to my Games - Ready to Install to find the games you want to install.

    Owning two different Xbox ones

    Just add the original profile onto the new Xbox and then create a new profile fir yourself on the new Xbox and make the broken Xbox the Home Console and you can share games plus Xbox Live over both consoles as long as they are bought digitally

    Also you can add your new profile to the broken Xbox if you wish you can have the old profile and new profile on both Xbox's

    Yes - downloaded games aren't working on my XBOX (I'm getting the same error as the OP with all my digital purchases) and the storefront is broken.

    Since your kinect is broken I highly doubt you will be getting a digital download. Only people with faulty disc drives that opted into the advance exchange program get digital downloads. You can inquire with support about a free gift, but it would probably
    be a month of xbox live and not a full game
