Broken xbone "3 months old" bricked by M.S update and killed disk drive.....

I have had the joy of doing all of the trouble shooting for the xbox one due to a system update that crashes the install of destiny, the system will not read disks as well. the retailer tells me i have to return it to you as they can not give me one over
the counter.

This xbox was paid for in the month of AUG 2014, iv had 2 errors one killing the disk drive and one not stopping installs of digital content and downloaded games.

This is not what i paid £400 for a broken box which has been broken for longer then its been used......

iv posted on the xbox site, facebook as well as bungie.net explaining the issues of this update bricking my xbox one.

iv been a xbox user for 10 years and have a great deal of friends on xbl. but i have to say im geting very sick of paying top dollar for a broken product.

id love a call from any human within M.S to resolve this, i tried contracting the help line today to get a replacement, i was on the line on hold before 6pm "your closing time" and may call was droped........

for the record. iv also done the offline tool, to manually update the O.S via a usb. even that did not fix anything



im very frustrated with this bad customer experience.

Broken disc drive, now I can't update.

so I recently dropped my Xbone and broke its disc drive. I've continued playing my digital copies for the past month. But since the most recent update I'm getting system error:E100 is my xbone bricked if I can't repair the disc drive?!

I've never heard of jtagged consoles breaking non jtagged consoles disk drives. I have heard of disk drives breaking from wear and tear.....

Other than that, if you would like to speak with someone about the issues you would need to contact your local phone support service to speak with them.
