Broken XB1 Special Edition Remote. Stick broken.

The left stick is broken. You can hear some plastic moving around in remote. Need to know how to get it repaired.

Tried to fill out repair ticket but it would not take the SN#.

Would really like to get remote repaired.

Xbox One Elite Controller Build Quality (Analog Sensor Module)

I have concerns about the quality of the Xbox One Elite controller build. I have now been thru two xbox one stock remotes and one XB1 COD controller. One suffered a drift issue and the other two the left analog stick modules broke. I haven't seen any postings
about the internal build, neither has MS addressed issues with their stock remotes. Would really need to know this before I shell out 150.00. Anyone with some info, please feel free to share.

Xbox One Controller, left stick faulting!!!

You will get more broken controllers. The new controller is a piece of junk. Every single one I have tried has a broken left thumb stick... or it's on the way to being broken. This is a mass hardware failure. Look at all the people having the same problem.
360 controllers were WAY better quality. Even the new media remote is a piece of junk. All these websites spewed out positive reviews way too quick before spending time with it. You need line of site for it to even work. Reminds me using my VCR remote as a
kid. Junk.

Be sure you're entering the correct information with the product ID/Serial number at
https://myservice.xbox.com/

There is no repair process for a controller, rather they just send you a new one instead and replace it for you. Let us know on how that goes.

Mine was broken too, the right stick won't move the camera side to side. Went out an bought a new one, and it works fine. Sending the day one back on Monday, very frustrating since I wasn't planing on buying a second one just yet $$$. I also agree that they
could take your billing info and put a pending charge until they got the broken one. Oh well, now I'll have two, and broken accessorizes aren't limited to Microsoft. I've had a broken Samsung remote and a Sony surround system that would even turn on, it happens
