Broken X-Box one controller and unable to contact Microsoft.

Best Buy has to replace the controller if you have valid warranty if you have the receipt if they deny that to you try contacting MS by phone Twitter or Support chat on Xbox.com

if you have the little control box that you plug into your controller and your headset into the box, the box part could be broken, I had to buy a new one.

I have no problem with the standard series X and X box one pads

but my Elite Series 2 has a lot of stick issues and the tension tighten tool

thing was not in the sealed box with the new core controller

despite it being on the box it should be include, my pad replaced

the broken Black one which came with everything but broke the

next day I am hoping the Elite Series 3 is better, it would be nice

if they did a version with advanced chat audio and EQ like

one of the Branded Licenced controllers do, but hey gone off topic a bit.

Trying to set up a new X Box one to DirecTV. I'm lost at the input "satellite box remote code". I spoke with Microsoft, and they told me to contact Directv for the code. I contacted Directv and they told me they have no idea what code I'm talking about and
that one doesnt exist - to contact Microsoft.

Any ideas? Also, my tv has a 5 digit remote code and x box only accepts 4 digits. Thanks!

You can't set up two gamertags on the same Microsoft Account without something being horribly broken. If something is horribly broken you'll have to contact support and have them fix it. If the gamertag was set up with a different Microsoft Account you
can try resetting the password for the e-mail the account is actually on by clicking on "Can't access account" under the password box at login-live.com. If the account was stolen you'll need to contact support and have them file a UA case, forum support is
unable to process UA cases.
