Broken sync functionality on Xbox One X?

Hello,

I bought Series X|S controller to use with my XOX console, but I found I cannot sync it. I press sync button on the console, it clicks but nothing happens (I guess X button should start blinking). I found similar topics here, but answers didn't work for
me.

I'll reply to myself after 5 mins, but I struggled with this topic for two days.

I connected my controller via USB cable, using REAR usb port.

Front port seems to be not usable for data transfer, it only powers the controller.

Hi,

If the Xbox power button on the console isn't flashing then you should fully shut down the console by holding the power button down until the unit goes off. Wait about 10 seconds, power back on and try syncing again.

Mine did the same thing. It wouldn't sync because the power button wasn't flashing.

3. Try manually syncing your saved games by going to the "Manage Game & Add-ons" section of Starfield on both your Xbox Series X and PC. From there, select "Saved Data" and then "Sync Now."

all I can see is delete all and delete, or clear

are you sure this Sync now is available in xbox x??? or is just my xbox x dont have this function

You don't understand - the entire functionality is broken. A simple reset on the console doesn't do anything but waste time. The issue is occurring across all platforms - standard Xbox One, One X, even the app. Cmon Microsoft. This issue has been around for over TWO years

ALSO, if you just bought the Xbox One X, and haven't tried pairing/syncing the controller, try plugging it in via USB to sync it.
