Broken Software Console

Once again, and STILL continuing with my infinite ongoing issues with this console, can't keep a steady update status. I TRIED using the method of applying older updates to fix the console, and almost bricking it due to the newest update with it giving me
a black screen with contact support and a long error # on it. Factory reset several times, and now it CONSTANTLY tries to update updates that arent there. Ever since I had, and now got rid of, that beta program.

Now my console continues to try to update with micro updates, always resulting in "Update failed (0x8B050066)". Telling me to check my, ALWAYS CONNECTED, online connection. Half the time I need to disconnect my console via "Go Offline" and hope it fixes
the problem. Which is 50/50.

My console OS version is still:

10.0.10586.1100

(th2_xbox_rel_1602.160210-2122) fre

At this point, I'm about to demand, not that it'll happen, a new console. Its only and ALWAYS a software issue.

Help is VERY MUCH needed at this point. Cant even play PvZGW2 for more than 20 minutes at a time. Forget my other games.

Xbox One instability

I haven't had a crash, outside of Siege (and it's been broken as fuck) in months. Most of the game crashes are just that, the game, not the console. If the software runs into an error in it's cycle it'll crash.

Hey, yesterday I played destiny game lagged and had sound problem Destiny problem I guessed so headed to the dashboard and the Xbox freezes OK may happens so I hard booted. No screen at all for a long time then the green booting screen shows up. But that
all I became to see for a long time. Used internet and the support site and tryed the offline diagnostic tool for factory Reset. But the 2button combo shows no effect , no sound at all not even the one that comes when it fails After serval hard boots I got
to the dashboard, then I tried the fac reset via settings Was resetting and as I gone through the setup it freezes again. Till now I found now other way to get it work.. I hope I can avoid a change Any ideas ? --------------German Gestern beim destiny spielen

wenn es nicht klappt... Liegt es an der Software und ich könnte Glück haben? Oktober ist ja erst frisch draußen? Oder eher Hardware wegen den 10min? Will die nicht umtauschen müssen ((

Sorry you're having so many issues with your console. First, remove any games from your console, as this can happen sometimes when there is a game in the disc drive. I also saw one case where the console's time zone didn't match the time zone the console
was actually in, which was causing problems. So first make sure that is correct. If that is incorrect, I would suggest using the Offline System Update
Tool.

 

Time zones are matching, and no disc in drive. That link is the one I was referring to that blacked out my console.

Here's a pic of what it caused to my Xbox after trying the Offline Diagnostic Tool:

Any other help is needed. This is getting amazingly annoying and I can't pay to buy a new one with working software.

 

If it freezes during the update or after, and the offline tool does not work, then you need to send in your console for repair.

Yeah, I'm not sending my console in without a replacement first. I spent $500 on this and it barely works. So, unless they want to send me an X1 first while I have t wait for a fix, then this can't happen.

Any other suggestions are welcome.
