    Broken series X and microsoft support is useless


    I have been having issues with my Series X crashing after a short amount of use, if im trying to download a game my XBOX will crash within 10 minutes. I have tried all the troubleshooting options available and none have worked.#

    I have tried to numerous times to create a service request and every time i get an error code when it asks for my address.

    Error code - TraceId: cDr1SdWuPkOGtukw.5.73

    Then i tried to request a call from customer support, this did not work either i input my number correctly and it said something went wrong at our end.

    You spend all this money on a new console for it to not work and the customer support is abysmal anyone know how i can go about actually getting my XBOX fixed/replaced as it is definitly a faulty unit because these issues are extremely frustrating!!!

    Try contacting Xbox support again but via chat, choose the option to speak to a specialist 24/7 and you will be attended by a human and ask to transfer you to the specialized department and request the service.

    Hello again, I don't know if you're trying to request a phone call but chat support via chat is 100% operational, try a different browser or device to contact them.

    Microsoft will continue to support Xbox One X with same releases on series X within the first year of Series X.

    I'm having the same issue and Xbox support is useless. They keep playing the same broken record that doesn't fix it because that guy is just repeating what someone else has told him. These solutions are not fixing the problem! Apparently it's only affecting
    the Xbox One X. The original and S model isn't plagued by it!
