Broken Series 2 controller

I purchased it from Amazon beginning of December 2019. It was a gift for christmas.

Amazon said it is out of there 30 day window to replace it.

I have to talk to Microsoft about a repair.

With the Covid-19 outbreak it seems I am stuck.

Was it purchased from Microsoft or through another retailer. Most retailers will exchange the controllers under warranty for you?

Not sure how it is on series 2 but on series 1 they are wery fragile so it can be broken :/

90 day warranties sound like the dumbest thing on earth, about time they follow uk or even eu on this, we in the uk get 1 full year warranty for all electrical items, in the eu its 2 years.

90 days for any warranty sucks, sorry but lucky i dont live there.
