Broken Power Cord

In my recent experience with console services the original console is no longer supported at the repair center and do not have spare parts anymore

I have signed up the computer woman when I call her says my account doesn't exist and end the phone call and when i use the link you guys tell me to use it says something like my warranty has expired and there is nothing they can do

If your power block is for the Xbox 360 or Xbox One (Not S or X), then make sure your console is registered on here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices and then select it, and you can then start a new repair order from there for a new power block.

it doesn't work I just want to speak to a representative on the phone please

Like the previously Ambassador has said, you should register your device for repairs. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices

Please do this and do not attempt to use it anymore. From what you have described it also sounds like a potential fire hazard. Be safe!
