broken port wat to do?

regarding your ip address as long your console Was or is still connected to your router wired or wireless. You should be able to locate the consoles ip address via your routers admin menu it would be listed under the page "home network" or something similar
to that. Basically your router should have a page that shows all currently connected devices on its network.

However you would need to consult your isp on how to do that as not all routers are made the same

Did not work for even one game of pubg. Back to a broken series x again. Must be someone in that darn world who no wat is doing this. I have a lg ultragear 1080p 240 hz and the 120hz never been a problem. It's doing this in 60hz also. Wat kind of a console is that. Never had that much problems with other console. There must be technician who can understand that in microsoft for God sake. It's driving me crazy.
