    Broken LB button of my Elite controller


    Hello.

    I'm living in Germany but purchased Elite controller in US last March in this year(2017).

    Unfortunately, LB button has been broken.

    How can I get repair in Germany? And how can I give proof purchase date?

    (I'm not sure whether I have a recipe or not.)

    If you can verify by any serial number on controller, then it's best for me.

    Anyways, I'd like to get to know regarding How get repair of My Elite controller.

    Please let me know.

    I hear that the LB button is a common problem for the Elite controller. I personally wouldn't spend that much on a controller, $60 is my limit. There should be a warranty on the controller if you check the documentation.

    It is the controller after testing on other games, has anyone has mentioned similar issues before? Or is there somewhere I can find a setup for racing games because my Series X controller has a broken LB and I would much rather use the Elite.
