Discus and support Broken Headset in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an XBOX One which I got on 4/10/15 and just yesterday the mic stopped working.     Broken Headset


    I have an XBOX One which I got on 4/10/15 and just yesterday the mic stopped working. I can still hear people the actual mic just doesn't work anymore. I can tell it is from bad wiring because when I adjust the cord it works. Microsoft wants me to pay the
    $10.00 shipping when the mic is less than 40 days old. I just spent $400 and now I have to spend more to fix their issue. Please explain to me how this works, when amazon will send pre paid shipping labels all day.

    Bought a third headset, ran straight through 3.5 Jack and we're back online. Guess just bad luck I purchased a broken headset trying to fix a broken one.

    Broken Headset

    Depending on your local laws you might be able to bring it back to the store where you bought it (with proof of purchase) and tell them that it broke. Depending on local laws they will also have a warranty service similar to MS where they will accept broken
    accessories within 90 days of purchase, that way you won't have to pay 10$ shipping.

    But again this all depends on where you're from so you'll have to call the store maybe to see if they accept it back. Besides that there is no other option than to either pay or purchase a new one

    And its June, and there is no solution. Atmos is still broken. Bluetooth is still broken. Trash PC headset honestly until this gets fixed.
