Broken headset arm

Tonight while playing a game on August 4 2022 at 10:45 the arm on my headset broke never touched the arm and treat my stuff gently. But getting runaround when I try to claim warranty keeps telling me there are no service centres in my area. I'm trying to get to the point where I can send it back but I keep getting nothing. BTW I'm in Canada if that matters.

Hello again, in this case the ideal would be to contact Xbox support so that they can guide you correctly in this warranty issue.

Yeas when I described the problem and then go to next page with my address I select address then I get a message telling me there are no service centres near me and important packing instructions but doesn't give me a address to send it. There is a link to contact them but when I select that and I describe problem there all I get is help articles and none describe my problem.

I ask this because usually the site gives you guidance to pack your device and send microsoft
