broken drive but no free game

The drive of my one was broken, so i sent it to repair. i talked to the support because i heard of a free game for one owner with a broken drive. I can't get one because i sent my one on 28th of december, and not BEFORE christmas. So my drive broke too late
for a compensation? Nice idea Microsoft. I know ist just a nice sign but i feel a little bit excluded.

XBOX One faulty????

Common problem. Bad Blurrray drives. I had it. No biggie just call support do an advanced exchange. They will give you a free game too. You can still play until your new one gets there then ship the broken one back.

 

Diablo 3 not on the xbox 360 marketplace

I was thinking about getting diablo 3 but my disc drive is broken so I can only get games online, but diablo 3 is no longer on there.

 

that sucks man.. my kinetic broke within 48 hours and i didn't get anything either. With consoles at $500 each and MS making 80 million in 2013, you think they would be able to compensate the customers who got faulty hardware.

 

They told me the same exact thing. My console just arrived today, we shall see if I was compensated for the trouble.

 

Sorry to hear that, but I don't think you're alone. My console died on January 5th and my new console should be arriving on Friday. I feel MS should give us some sort of make good or compensation. I've got a Day One console and to have it GSOD after a little
over month is just kind of sad.

 

I preordered the day one edition and it didnt work on day one just a black screen shortly after the green loading screen. I sent it in for repair and i got it back with a 14 day xbox live code.

 

Hey it's not that bad. I call ms and they said they would call me back to give me a answer no call back so can't extend my warranty so my xbox is problem going to *** the bed right when I hit one year 45 days is bs

 

I received a free month of live gold membership....because of my drive being broken...wowwwwwwwwww

I then ordered the extended plan for warranty because of the issue I had with my first one, and now microsoft has no record of me buy the plan...lol gotta love microsoft...

 

I know that this is a little late, but the free game was for the advance exchange offer that they had that would put the $500 hold on the card. It was so you could keep playing while you waited for the console to reach you. This offer does end soon in fact
I think it ends at the end of this month.
