broken disc, options?

last night our boys were playing call of duty on their xbox 360 and got an error message saying the disc couldnt be read, needs cleaned. they are not allowed to change the discs, only me and my wife, ( have a giant stack of scratched to hell Wii games).
i pulled the disc out to clean it and look what i found!

its completely obvious that the disc has failed. the top layer is the only one that seems to be broken, no signs of damage either. the disc has been in the xbox since the end of september with this being the only time its ever been removed. walmart said
they would replace it if i was within the 15 days of purchase. anyone know if the manufacture or microsoft will replace this? kinda sucky that a $60 game failed do to their manufacturing techinques

my disc are broken, broken very early, are bad , is broken esayly, dischi screpolature, microsift buil disc low quality, i dont know , you know if this disc are garantia

 

Broken disc.

my xbox console made some scratch to disc and i can't play call of duty ghosts anymore, i bought it 2. january 2015 should i go to store where i get it to ask refund or i can get non cd pack here to keep playing the game. or i need to buy it again for 69€
from xbox live store (then i dont need to be scare that my console brake cd again?

 

Looks like that is just the picture scratched off and that has nothing to do with the disc being able to read or not. Please try following the steps in this article:

sorry about the photo, i had a heck of a time uploading it. if you hold the disc sideways you can actually see what im talking about. the logo photo on top isnt whats missing. its completely broken ill try uploading another.
