    My Warranty recently expired two months ago at the end of November, I didn't realize my warranty was to expire but my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller has been broken ever since back in February of this year when the left analog stick started drifting. I was too busy transitioning into a new school that I wasn't playing as much and not using the controller, I now started using it again but can't enjoy what I'm playing due to the drift.

    I looked into the problem and found many other people who experienced this same problem with the left analog stick who had to get full replacements, now I decided to replace the controller after seeing it can't be fixed simply but I'm now forced to pay $140.69 for the replacement when I bought this controller back in November and got 4 months to use out of it. Should I have to pay the $140?

    If the controller you received back from a warranty replacement is broken/faulty when you receive it you need to contact support again or set up a warranty claim on that device
