Broken custom Xbox one controller

Our son got a customised xbox one controller for christmas. It has already broken and I’m trying to find a way to contact microsoft for a refund or replacement. Can’t seem to speak to or email anyone, it just points me to this forum or FAQs. Does anyone
know how to reach them?

I have also had lots of xbox controller issues/ breakages microsoft need to make thier controllers better

Where was the custom controller ordered from? Most sites have warranties included in all purchases. I would try to find the email transaction receipt and contact the sellers.

Controllers from the Design Lab, also known as D controllers, have a warranty of 120 days.
