    We bought a custom controller for my son in December and one of the joysticks has come loose. Is there any way to repair this or are we just out all the money we spent? Please help!

    Device Support     page to view options for the controller.

    If preferred, you can get in contact with a support agent at the:
    Contact Us     portal and an agent would be able to set up an order for the device.

    Hello!

    Typically controllers only have a 90 day warranty unless an extended service plan was purchased with it. It may be worth reaching out to Xbox customer service directly at support.xbox.com then contact us, to see if there's anything they would be able to do
    for you on it.

    Where was the custom controller ordered from? Most sites have warranties included in all purchases. I would try to find the email transaction receipt and contact the sellers.
