hi,

i dont know if i got to write english but i will do it now, just in case. my my left analog stick doesnt work properly. i got the console in may so it should be a warranty case. it stears up even if i dont touch it. its impossible to play properly. so i
would like you to send me a new one or some like that.

Wireless Headset Probleme nach Beta Update

Ich habe vor ca. 2 tagen ein beta update bekommen, seit dem spinnt mein kabel loses headset...

Wärend der benutzung des headsets springt es von player 1 auf player 2,3 oder 4 ohne ersichtlichen grund, da auch kein 2. Controller angeschlossen ist.

nur lässt sich dann das headset nicht mehr mit "Player" 1 verbinden.

Ich nutze seit gestern auch einen neuen Controller da der erste kaputt gegangen ist.

Hoffe mir kann wer helfen....

Controllerkabel Zwischenstück

Guten Tag

Um Videospiele auf meinem Computer zu spielen, benütze ich einen xBox 360 Controller mit Kabel. Nun ist aber das kurze Adapter-Zwischenstück, welches auf der einen Seite den männlichen USB Anschluss hat und auf der anderen Seite einen mir unbekannten Runden
Stecker, kaputt gegangen. Kann ich ein solches Kabel irgendwo bestellen oder ist der Controller damit nutzlos geworden?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understnad you are having issues with your controller. We recommend going through the

controller warranty page. This will have you sign in and check warranty status. Then give you options. If out of warranty you will need to replace the controller.

If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.

I literally just got the controller. I cant afford that crap, whyd they send out a broken controller to replace a broken controller?

Habe das Problem Schon gefunden In meiner Xbox ist der WLAN Chip oder wie das heißt kaputt Ich weiß war nicht wie er kaputt gegangen ist aber habe Jetz ein LAN Kabel dran Und da Leuft alles

Maybe your controller is broken. Try going to setting then configuring your controller.
