Broken chat mixer

Hello, I am a little annoyed right now so I am gonna get straight to the point. I have been having this problem with my chat mixer for almost a year, I don't know how it happened all I know is that it is glitched the bar on my account that never goes away
I tried restarting my xbox and hard resetting, reformatting my xbox, unplugging everything until there is no power left in the console, in installing my account and re installing it, messing with my audio settings. Getting a new controller, changing out head
sets (I use the headphone jack), and buying a new xbox (I currently am having the one before this xbox repaired), and finally switching accounts. Nothing has worked so I am convinced that its 1 of 4 things. 1: I have a very bad wifi network. 2: Xbox has a
buggy in their system. 3: I have extremely bad luck (I highly doubt it's the case but I wouldn't be surprised). 4: the headphone jack in the controller's ans I need to start to used the USB port or get an adapter. I understand about things like it kicking
u out of a game or it logging me out but this is annoying because I can't figure out what's causing it the only things that remain constant it's my wifi, tv, location of where I play, 2 external hard drives, the xbox servers that I use to contact my buds and
to use to game on, my accounts, my games and apps, my keyboard for typing because it's easier for me, and the headphone Jack's. Please some one help me out I have spent too much money trying to fix this problem. I am sending a pic to show u what it looks like.
I can move the adjustment bar but it doesn't change it ,every time I enter a party I have to fiddle with my chat mixer bar to work. Same goes for when my controller shuts off or when someone joins while in party. It's annoying as **** to do that 5 times an

The problem itself and a bit strange, if you change the status of headphones mixer that does not move anymore, you will not have headphones with little keys on the wire that are interference??? Anyway, see if that's it. I understand what you say, but I
think he tries to guide the other guy too on

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with the chat mixer on the Xbox.

I recommend to try the following article:
How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console(Disconnect
and reconnect your console's power cable)

After completing the powercycle, try this:

Xbox Button
System Tab
Audio
Adjust volumes in the menu

If the issue persists, try this:

Has anyone found a solution? This is still an ongoing issue that xbox needs to admit and fix. It may be a bug because ive tried every solution found online nothing has worked. Went through several different controllers and headsets same results. Online
gaming has been frustrating since! Please fix this. Xbox One X user
