Broken Ban System

Xbox has the absolute ban system out of any console I have ever seen. I got messaged by a kid telling me I'm trash in a multiplayer game. Not only was the kid cheating, he literally went out of his way to message me - his TEAMMATE. Xbox's policy is to
just sit there, shut up, and take the [Mod removed- inappropriate] talk. The amount of times I have reported kids like this - only to have nothing happen. They don't actually care when somebody harasses another player, they literally only
care if the use of profanity or "innapropriate" language is involved. So go ahead and call all the kids that you want "trash!" They literally do not care! I got banned for using the word
[Mod removed- inappropriate]" literally 0.5 seconds after I sent the message. It wasn't in poor context. I sent a case review, and they messaged me back telling me I can't use "highly sexualized language." WHAT???? In NO WAY was the message
related to any sort of sexualized context! They genuinely do not read the context of messages at all and I am so
[Mod removed- inappropriate] sick and tired of it. I'm so close to ending my xbox gold subscription and moving onto playstation or PC. I GET BANNED BECAUSE I DON'T SIT THERE AND TAKE TRASH TALK FROM ANOTHER XBOX USER, BUT I GET BANNED BECAUSE
XBOX HAS 0 BRAIN AND 0 CONCEPT OF WHAT CONTEXT IS. Kid gets off scotch free but I get auto banned. Ridiculous. This company is run by care-bears.

Except what Im saying is the context wasn’t sexual... at all. And there is definitely an auto ban in place. It couldnt have been any other messages, unless they decided to wait like a month to issue out a random ban. None of my other previous messages
could have possibly given me a ban - I say the word “[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]” and I get banned basically a minute after it happens. Unless some xbox support dude was just sitting there reading through my messages, theres no way that
wasn’t done by some automatic system

There is literally no excuse for breaking the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you signed up for the service.

Dude. [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] goes out into the real world and doesnt hear any sort of “foul language?” The use of foul language is literally in the game that we were playing. Xbox needs to implement some sort of setting that allows
you to use “foul language” even though what I said was NOT foul language (and they banned it again... it was literally the word
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]) I didnt cuss, I didnt use it in a sexualizex context. My main point here is that xbox does not care about harassment, they only care about what words somebody uses. I got autobanned and the guy who messaged me
first gets off scotch free. I report people who harass me for my gender, I report people who harass me in game, and nothing happens. I use the word “[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]” and I get auto banned.

Its ridiculous that, as an adult, I can’t respond to people and stick up for myself when I am harassed. Feels like a violation of free speech in all honesty.

This has nothing to do with free speech, as an adult you should know that.

Also, you can stick up for yourself, you just can't use words or phrases deemed as offensive.

As an adult, if you're that put off by someone calling you "trash" to the point you use foul language, maybe multiplayer isn't for you.
