    Broken Analog Stick


    To whom it may concern: I had bought an Xbox one S controller. Within a couple months of heavy usage, as I moved the right analog stick up, it had completely gave out. Now, the stick is moving freely yet still in its socket. I've tried to put it back, but
    it doesn't work. I fear that the actually analog rod might've broke off. I don't have the equipment to take a look at whats wrong. I also do not have warranty. What are my options?

    Broken Analog Sticks

    Had the same problem, on both my Day One controller and my additional that i bought on the XB1 release date. I called them and I sent them in to be replaced at no charge.

    I have the same problem with my day one instead i bought another controller for an extra and that one did it as well so i exchanged it and the new one did and then again lol. But if you to send it into microsoft you pay for shipping which is lame. Call them
    asap and see what you can do the day one controller is a collectable and i completely understand that you want to to last its surprising that they put 100 million into design and they cant even put out a solid product very dissapointed
