Broken advertisement

Hi, recently I have been getting an advertisement video while playing my solitaire daily challenges and it always freezes on a white screen with one black box in the corner and I have to close out of solitaire and reopen it to continue playing. The commercial
is for Spokane Mercedes-Benz dealership and sometimes it will play and break many times in a row and each time I have to close out of the app and reopen it. Please remove this broken ad or fix it.

Contact Preference

That's useful to know as an alternative, but still kind of horrible that XBL has a broken "Contact Preferences" form up for several days now, conveniently disallowing users to opt out of unwanted email advertisements.

 

gold members should be able to opt outta the dashboard ads

I'd rather get rid of commercials on cable television. Xbox ads are some of the most tolerable, unobtrusive advertisements I've ever had the strictly voluntary option of encountering. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

 

Also Spokane Chevy (Camp Chevrolet Cadillac) does this too.

 

Several of the advertisements are STILL BROKEN as of August, 06 2018!

The advertisement for the "daily challenge" is particularly annoying! it goes like this:

Long pause showing only a white window.

Dialog ends with the word "is" not quite completed.

Back to another long pause, with the audio and video still paused.

another four words of dialog, with the video playing.

another pause, with both the dialog and video stopped.

Goes to next daily challenge WITHOUT FINISHING THE ADVERTISEMENT!

Or a couple of days ago, I received FIVE advertisements that either DIDN'T RUN AT ALL( cards being dealt in a circular formation then goes straight to the daily challenge) , or paused during the advertisement. ONE BEFORE EACH OF THE FIVE DAILY CHALLENGES!

For August 5th, I had to close the daily game after completing two of the five challenges. I was told that I was OFFLINE and had to go ONLINE to complete the challenge.

I WAS ONLINE! and your webpage KNOCKED ME OFFLINE WITH IT! ( MS daily challenge on a windows 10 computer) I could easily access my free Yahoo email webpage immediately after each notification, so there was NO PROBLEM WITH MY INTERNET CONNECTION.
