    My xbox one adapter to get the power on is broken. I could not buy a single adapter in the store. I went on the internet to buy one, but none og the adapters had the right input to attach to the power input in the wall, I live in Norway so its not the same
    input as the same as the one from other countries...

    What do i do?

    Replacement 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable for headset adapter?

    My adapter cable that came with my headset adapter broke. I was wondering how to go about getting a replacement.

    Hi, my new halo 5 controller that I bought yesterday isn't working with two of my turtle beach headset. I had an adapter for my old controller but that broke. In a party it says that it is unable to find a controller when I plug it into the jack but when
    I plug my broken adapter in then plug the headset into that it doesnt say the "unable to find a microphone" thing anymore but I still can't talk because the adapter is broken.

    No one can hear me through headset mic, kinect works fine. Can hear all other sounds and party.

    If you use one of these mic splitter adapter cables it might be broken.

    Hi has the light on the adapter lit up? If not then there is no power going to the adapter.

    Have you tried connecting the adapter to another USB port on the xbox.

    If there is no light at all I would guess the adapter is broken, same thing happened to mine before.

    I think you are wrong, with the headset adapter the jack of the headset is plugged into the adapter which use the expansion port on the controller to transmit the audio. The broken jack port on the controller will not be used anymore.
