    @ Mister Quimby - This issue has most definitely not been resolved, as I'm sat at home with exactly the same problem. On top of that my gamerscore leaderboard won't update! All I've had this entire year with this console is problems. Problems with the
    official stereo headphones crackling and cutting out. Problems with the joypad not working. Problems with party chat not working earlier this year. And the biggest headache was the NAT problems at launch.

    I'm reaching the end of my tether with this console. I feel like I'm getting to the point where the straw is about to break the proverbial camel's back! Sort this out!

    Clear your game cache & DVD/BluRay cache as well, then perform a soft reset of the console.

    Hi,

    i believe many people have the same issue it probaly a bug that slipped in the last console update best thing you can do is report the problem through the xbox insider hub so the xbox team can try to fix the issue
