Broken Achievements in Xbox Published Games

I can tell you that there's lots of games and achievements out there that are broken and no one will ever fix them, sad to say. It has to do with time and money and the developer/publisher not caring enough to fix what they never got working, citing costs.
Right or wrong, that's how it is.

I had to look this game up. And now, I am with with you Broken Link, if this is not impossible to beat, then it is so hard that in practical terns it is impossible.

Now a lot of the guys at TA are hardcore achievement hunters, working hard to get some of the most challenging achievements on Xbox

The only guide for beating it was basically a guy saying good luck. One of this games achievements have over 500 TA users who have unlocked it, but the final boss achievement has ZERO. No one at TA can beat this game. That is as good as impossible in my
opinion if no one over there can unlock it

As for who can fix this, it is up to the makers; Born Lucky Games (Published by Klabater). And that is assuming the publishers see it as a problem, maybe they wanted it to be this hard. That would be a dumb idea IMO, but could be the case. Many old games
were designed to be impossible to beat. I heard about a shmup in the early days of games that if you beat it, it would start you back at the start of the game but make it harder, and if you beat that, you had to play it without a visual display.

Now for a game to be permitted to be sold and published on Xbox they have to go through certification, but I think that process is just to make sure nothing is published that will contain malware or have and tech issues that might harm the hardware. I don't
think there are any requirements for publishers to make a beatable game, so not much Xbox themselves can do about it.

I am an achievement hunter and yes I do agree that some achievements have become obsolete or inactive. But I have never really come across a broken achievement. Just for reference can you provide some examples.

Generation Zero: 1 broken achievement

you cannot move achievements or game saves

if you want to find out if your game does contact the publisher. but achievements are locked to your profile

My question is how can i trust that a starting a game on gamepass wont blow up my gamecard?

Achievements are a concept beholden and guarded by Microsoft, dont they have a duty to ensure the games they publish have integrity in this regard?

Yes i play many games on gamepass and its rare for them to be so broken. My question is what Microsoft does about it??
