Broken Achievements - Been Waiting a Week+ for Proper Unlocks, Achievements Stopped Again ...

So my pending achievements FINALLY went through, but I had an update for the game today.

This update is stuck at 24%, I keep trying to resume and all it says is queued. Basically, I can't even play the game now, because it forces the update.

My request stands. How do I get a refund for this garbage? I did not pay $70 to NOT be able to play the game now.

In regards to your request for a refund, if you did not purchase the game from our Xbox One Store, you will not be able to get a refund from us. You will need to go back to the retailer to see if they may be able to work something out with you. If you would

Update finally went through, but this MCC just isn't getting better, no matter how many updates they've done and will do.

Thanks for the support Quinzel. It's just unfortunate that this system of releasing incomplete/ broken games is becoming the norm for developers, and us gamers have to pay for a beta version of what should be a complete game.

I'm having an issue with the achievement for Regret on Halo 2. The game froze during the last part of the mission. After restarting I've gone through the mission multiple times with different configurations in an attempt to unlock it.

Obviously, the team is receiving an astronomical amount of complaints over issues such as these. I've wasted more than enough time trying to complete this one, and move on to other goals in the game. Thanks.

 

Hey there, Koulikov! I'm very sorry to see that the achievement isn't popping for you! Since there are so many achievements regarding Regret, can you confirm for me that it is indeed simply the achievement titled "Regret" and none of the others that have
to do with that level?

If not, please provide the exact name of the achievement you are missing. To look further into this, I will also need the date that you tried to unlock it, and the time (including your time zone). Once I have that, I will be able to bubble this up.

 

i'm having Cairo Station not unlocking in Halo, it's not unlocking on the xbox one, but is unlocked on the site. any ideas why?

 

It is the base achievement Regret. I don't have an exact date, but the last time I tried completing the level that unlocks it was Monday December 8 between 1pm and 4pm.

FiftyFour Bravo - If the achievement still hasn't updated on your console, you will want to try removing your profile and then downloading it again. Since it's on the site, it's definitely on our end that you have it. It may be a syncing
issue with your console. Give that a try, or let me know if it's showing up on your console now!

Koulikov - I see that you still do not have Regret earned. Post back with your time zone and then I will pass your information along to the investigating teams.

 

mine took a month to unlock but if it says done unlocking, they will unlock, I had to contact msoft support twice and nothing got fixed, they all eventually pop up

 

I just had the same happen to me. Just completed regret on legendary (approx 3:30pm est) and no achievement. Not even an "done. Unlocking" message. It shows completed legendary when I look up under mission select but no achievement
