Broken account and bad service

Hello there, I am writing this in the hopes that I get an to speak to a higher person working at Microsoft. I am not blaming the employees for this but I will get to my account first.

So I have played Xbox from the day it came out, made an account about a year later cause I did not have gold and now I am getting frustrated as hell recently. I have been trying to play GTA V on xbox and xbox one but however about a half a year ago my xbox
kept kicking me from GTA online every time. I did think it was Rockstart servers that did it but it was not them. My younger brother was also able to play with no lag or kicking but after a while this happened on a few more games. Soon the GTA disk was scratched
so I blamed that.

Xbox one release date and we got one but it is not the launch I am going to say is *** up. After almost all the bugs are fixed GTA V was still broken. The first time was launch being buggy so it was not that. It was almost a few weeks ago that this happened
but my account kept kicking me. Once again I was frustrated and I looked online first though to see what might have happened and saw I would have to factory reset but I did not do it cause my and my brother did not want to lose all the games. How ever oddly
enough my brother yet again was able to play GTA without problems but I was having the most problems. He would be kicked here and there but never every single time. So tonight I got home and asked him cause I saw him playing GTA if it had bugged out and he
said no and he has been in freemode, there was no problems and I even watched him play. An hour and a half later I got on to play and yes. GTA was now doing an odd thing where I cant speak to people and it would throw me in dead lobbys. So this could just
be my account or the server but I do have more saying it is my account.

Lastly is the service that I have gotten from Microsoft. Again I do not blame the employees but I do blame the ones in charge of them. As an example I had a real not a joke modder in my COD lobby in zombies. I called up microsoft and told them that right
in my game there was a modder(Greif was the game mode so it was Vs) and requested at least a suspention or a message to them letting them know to stop and all I was told was to bloke them. I understand how this works but that does not stop them from game breaking
and messing with the next group of people. The last thing that happened was on GTA. Of course there are a tone of modders there but most just give things like vehicals not in Online to only play with. Of course they dont work to keep but there are the bad
modders. Once again there was a modder in my lobby bad mouthing everyone and put a speed mod on himself to let him drive fast around and hit others and also kill others. I called in the morning about him and I even had his youtube account cause he claimed
to have one. It was real and he was doing mods in his videos. All in which where killing others and making it harder for others to even scratch him. I was told to go to a place called "Xbox Enforcement". Thinking this would be the place for Xbox to step up
there game(Note I was told this by microsoft themselfs) and put modders that screw with others and others have real prof against them, not just a claim there doing something but videos, accounts for youtube if the have one showing off or even with xbox ones
new recording tool have proof against them. Sadly it was just a beta being made. Not only does it not work but it was false support so yet again another person that screws with others gets away.

I know everything here is negative but I have been trying to hold it together but I have gotten to the point where I had to say something. I am really hoping I get a live person to see this and not a post from the AI microsoft shoots me with of "Support
says do this" kinda deal. That does not work. If there really is no way to fix these problems then I guess I will have to live with them. Not very fun.

Seconded. I'm pretty amazed that MS haven't been able to fix the Rewards system for the 18 months it's been broken, but even more amazed that, given their inability to fix it, they aren't manually crediting our accounts with the credit due. Shockingly bad
customer service.
