    i been a member for 2 years now and its sayin im not even a member i just earned my second star i spent 500 dollars on games tryin to get reward credits and u guys took my stuff i had pendind credits an everything i want my stuff fixed please

    have you got the guitar back from the shop? if so is it still broke? if yes then take it back and get them to set up the game so you can show them and prove its broke. i doubt very much its your xbox, theyre notorious for breaking
    if you really say it is broke then theyre probably just trying it on.

    Broke?

    I have found that in my case if I exit rather than use the RETRY option and reenter the program then it will connect and I can continue. The bad deal about this is, you'll have to replay whatever game you were on when it lost its connection.
