    Hi I have been trying to broadcast my gaming via the twitch app with my Xb1 but everytime I do it says it is lagging and when I view my stream from my cell it is very laggy. I have gone through twitch and contacted them to see why and what internet speeds
    I should have but have not heard anything its been over a week.

    I live in Canada and my online is via Shaw which Shaw says I have the following: Down 25mbps Up 2.5mbps and 250gb is this enough to broadcast or should I have faster upload speed?

    Broadcasting Twitch

    Are you streaming online multiplayer? I have similar results to you in regards to the down/upload speeds and can only stream single play games smoothly. I think if you are wanting to stream multiplayer you are probably going to need around a 50+ down and
    a 10+ up.
