    Broadcasting all the time even when logged off


    I'm at my wits ends. I don't' know why xbox live continues to show me broadcasting even when not online. It sends messages to all my friends that I'm broadcasting when I don't want to. When my friends try to view the content it
    is empty...just a blank screen. How can I uninstall mixer or reset this broadcasting feature. It currently shows on the menu that I am not broadcasting but my friends continue to see messages.

    i have been broadcasting for over 105 hours, and i cant stop it through mixer.

    even though my xbox is off and i am logged off all my accounts, my friends say i still appear online and that im broadcasting. how do i fix this issue.

    Hi there,

    Is it only your son's account that is unable to broadcast, or is it all accounts (even yours) on the console that is unable to broadcast?

    Reason I ask, Mixer's terms of service does not allow for users under the age of 13 to use the services. If the underage user broadcasts, a parent must be visibly present at all times, as noted in
    their
    Rules of Conduct    .

    That is a possible reason for the issue if it's limited to just your son's account not being able to broadcast.

    If you have any additional details, or system messages when trying to broadcast you can share, it will help with the trouble shooting.

    All you have to do is log off and back in. When you upgrade to gold it doesn't go into effect till next time you log in. So log out the back in.

    Hi there, what happens when you try to broadcast the game? Are you seeing any specific error message?

    On your Xbox One console, when you go to Settings>Preferences>Broadcast & capture, do you have "Allow broadcasts and games captures" checked off?
