Broadcast Gameplay option bugged in Privacy & online safety settings on PC.

Mixer recently updated how it does things.
I would recommend reading over this blog post. It's likely you have to go through the initial setup they have with the new features, such as Streamer Review to regenerate the broadcast key, and it can take 24 hours. So read that post, sign into
Mixer's site and see what it says around your profile and Broadcast Dashboard.

If you've done all that process, waited the ~24 hours or so after the rules update, and still have some issues broadcasting, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

So I've noticed that when you set your "Privacy and Online Safety" settings to Adult, the broadcast gameplay option is set to "Allow" by default.

HERE IS THE SOLUTION I USED:

I wrote down all of my custom settings so that I could put them back to how they were. Then I changed my "Privacy and Online Safety" settings to the default "Adult" option. I verified that the setting I wanted to fix (broadcast gameplay) was fixed, and then
based on what I had written down for my other settings, I changed them accordingly to how they were. Broadcast gameplay is now set to "Allow" and does NOT revert back to "Block" whenever I leave the menu.

TL;DR - Write down all of your "Privacy and Online Safety" settings. Change your settings to the default option "Adult". Go back and change all of the settings you had customized using the written down information. All of the settings that kept changing
themselves should not do that anymore.

If you're still having trouble, please contact Microsoft support as I will not be investigating any further unless I encounter the problem again.

Right, so i checked Privacy and Online safety settings, and "Broadcast Gameplay under xbox one/windows 10. and its set to blocked, however, when i try to change it to allow and click submit, it changes right back to blocked.

My first suggestion would be to make sure your online status is set to Appear Online. If you are hidden, you will not be able to broadcast. If that doesn't work, try the following taken from the twitch website.

As long as you are old enough then you should be able to broadcast if your settings are as they are above.
