Broadcast Gameplay "Allow" Reverts To "Block"

So i tried to allow, but when i submit, it come back on 'block' ...

That's not from FH4 i think...

Yes he is between 13-18 but it's the setting on the Xbox we cannot change. Twitch can't work because the setting to allow broadcast gameplay is stuck on block. Unless Twitch controls that setting how are they going to help? And what doesn't make sense
is that the setting is changed in the parent account but isn't changing on his account.

How old is your son? I presume he's trying to stream through Twitch? If he's under 13 he cannot stream via twitch. If he's between the age of 13 and 18 he must stream with supervision from a parent or guardian as per section 2 of the terms of service.

If he is between 13 and 18 and you continue having issues setting him up to stream you should contact Twitch for further assistance.

Twitch says you must have broadcast gameplay set to allow. This is the problem. We cannot change that setting no matter what we do. Something is clearly wrong here but no one has any idea what the problem is or how to fix it.
