Bring on The mouse and keyboard we are ready.

lets see who all wants this feature or not. if you dont think its isnt post why it concerns you. i am all for it but i really want this feature now.

I don't think they'll bring keyboard and mouse support to the Xbox 360 but there's already been mention of it coming to the Xbox One

Where is the keyboard and mouse support promised to us!!!

I believe it will support mouse/keyboard when mouse/keyboard support is released for the xbox one.

I highly doubt this will be ready in time for PUBG coming to game preview this month.

 

Keyboard+mouse support is already here on Xbox One (for Minecraft at least, the only supported game I know).

However, it is ultimately up to the game developers for implementing that feature into their games. A lot are hesitant because it introduces balance issues in multiplayer, since the mouse has a considerable advantage over joysticks in terms of accuracy.

 

I've always preferred controllers myself. They're just easier. I've never understood the point of a keyboard and mouse on a console. Why not use a PC if you want to go that route?

 

i want them to go deeper we are entering the stage where Xbox is not a Couch gamer system its venturing down the realm of cross platform play starting with gear 4 minecraft fortnite and sea of thieves and hopefully many more there has been alot of talk about
setting up matchmaking to detect mouse and keyboard so that if you only want to play with controller users thats fine you can search for only controller users and i get the common statement well that splits the player base not if developers are careful by
allowing there games like battlefield and rainbow six to be cross platform with pc that when you hook your mouse and keyboard to your console your prioritized search will be pc lobbies or other Xbox lobbies that allow Xbox users to have mouse and keyboard
but the common controller user would be safe because he limited himself to only play with controller users. im sorry if my typing is crazy my mind moves so fast when discussing things.

 

because why not have mouse and keyboard on Xbox and i see the common statement all the time mouse and keyboard is unfair to the controller user and that is not the case no one wakes up and is instantly a god with mouse and keyboard just like a controller,
skill comes from practice and more practice i play games like sea of thieves and fornite against pc players and its not that much of a advantage yea button mapping on a keyboard is more in detail but the over all who out shoots who is a myth. it all comes
down to who is comfortable with what and who is confident in there ability to do what they are doing. why not go the PC route because why should i have to i mean games in general should be a player who plays the game should be able to play the game the way
he feels comfortable playing the game. why should i have to go a build a pc in order for me to feel comfortable playing a game. i hate controllers imo i think people who use them are a bunch of casuals who should just stick to single player games and again
that is just my opinion but do i think they shouldn't have a option to play multiplayer no they should have that option but controller fans should not shut out the idea of mouse and keyboard on xbox. on the myth controller users are at disadvantage go watch
people use controllers on pc game like csgo and watch them not going to say it isnt harder because that is personal preference controller users says mouse and keyboard is to hard. mouse and keyboard users say controller is to hard get where i am going here. just
be open minded at what doors this feature will open up. i mean my endgame is not so much mouse and keyboard support on xbox its more about the features it will bring like more cross platform gaming in which i am in full support of. i am willing to play at
a disadvantage of frames per second if it means i can play with my friends on pc. with out going out and spending 800+ dollars on a gaming pc build.

 

The controller is what makes xbox unique. If they add keyboard & mouse support there is literally no reason to stay on xbox any longer. Communication is now equal to Xbox's party system in terms of sophistication via Discord and PC has infinitely better
graphics and more exclusives. The only reason I continue to play xbox is because of the Halo franchise and I dont want to learn how to game with a keyboard and mouse. Now the halo franchise has gone down the drain and they're going to add keyboard and mouse
support... How are controller users supposed to remain competitive in shooter? That's like 90% of your gaming community's thoughts right now, and I GUARANTEE xbox will see massive sales drops as soon as their next generation of consoles launch (presumably
with mouse and keyboard support). I say this because all of my xbox friends (about 40+) have agreed to switch to PC if Microsoft goes through with this.

Personally, I see it from another side. There is a clear advantage in Dual-Play Games under Windows 10 and XBox One, eg. PUBG. People playing with mouse and keyboard are in a better situation especially in the shoulder view play mode. I think MS should either
push developers to implement mouse&keyboard support for dual play or separate the networks between Win10 and XBox One (X).

 

I don't think mouse and keyboard should be offered on console. If you want to use mouse and keyboard play on PC/Windows 10.

There would be an unfair advantage over controller players so both should be kept separate
