Bring my Xbox One to Europe?

Hi,

I currently live in the US, but will be moving to Europe (Sweden), this summer. Can I bring the Xbox and use my Xbox Live account and access my content (games and movies from Xbox Video) in Sweden? I assume I'll need an adapter for the power supply, but
will there be other issues (TV standards, access to Xbox account etc.)?

The browser for Xbox one will never have Plug-ins. In a few due time everything will be HTML5.

 

Bring dreadnought to xbox one

Why is the game Dreadnought not on Xbox one and only to ps4. It says it upcoming sim game for Microsoft and the platforms its on is for Microsoft windows and ps4, where is Xbox if its for Microsoft windows????.

This game is totally awesome but the platforms are Microsoft Windows and Ps4, why not Xbox one???

 

The only "problem" should be the different power adapter. I imported my console from US to Europe when it first was released. No problem.

Won't be a problem at all, you'll still be able to access all your games and the like without any problems. Even if/when you change your locale to Europe, you'll still be able to access your games downloaded when in the US

You should never use any type of power adapter/voltage converter with your console.

You would need to buy the correct power brick once in Sweden.

Some digital items are region locked so that may be an issue but any physical copies are region free.

Blu-ray/dvd is also region locked.

Blu-Ray tend to not be region locked.

I went the other way UK > Sweden to USA and only had problems when you couldn't change your region on your Xbox profile.

You won't be able to buy some digital content (Activision blocks it a lot of DLC like CoD) when you go to Sweden until you switch your Xbox profile to Sweden (not just your console settings). -

Any movies/TV shows you bought through Xbox Video won't work either. I have about 5 films on my account from the UK/Sweden which can't be played or removed from my account now I live in the US.
