Bring back offline profiles stop trying to make money on things that were free

No one wants to make a Microsoft account to play your games if they didn't have one already. Why did we jump from 4 player consoles to a 1 player console, maybe 2 depending on if they paid to have an account. Yeah I know, add guest option, which is worthless
to anyone planning on doing any type of progression. No one wants to play a screenshot of someone else's profile. You had a huge opportunity to fix this with the xbox one x. People don't like less options for more money. So now that you've taken away offline
profiles and 2-4 players on a console and have no intention of bringing it back, you've lost a huge advantage over your competition (PS4). If it wasn't for Halo and Gears of War I would have switched to PS4 when the xbox one came out. Video games were never
about sitting alone and playing with people I don't know, but Microsoft has definitely made it about that making money over giving loyal customers what they had in a 2 generation old console, hell even original xbox had 4 players. I won't be buying your xbox
one with 1tb storge (xbox one x) partly because I already had to do that with your original xbox one since its mandatory to download part of the game even with the disc and I like having more than 4 games to choose from. Microsoft has nothing over PS4 especially
since they don't charge for online play. Sure there are probably things you guys have that PS4 doesn't, but at least I'm not getting less for more money.

Hey there! If you play offline, earn achievements, but then recover or move your profile before connecting to LIVE, those offline achievements are gone. There is nothing you can do to bring them back other than re-earning them.

If you earn achievements offline, make sure to simply log into LIVE before moving or recovering.

they will not do that, it's free money, they only need the live servers for where your profiles are stored and there first party titles, they make a fortune. all other games servers are paid for and managed by the devs/publishers

The only reason that live gold is a thing is because of the xbox 360 were they had to replace a lot of them for free and they have made all of that money back by now so there is no reason for us to pay for the right to play with our friends online

Doesn't matter if you were using it when it got banned or not, its banned full stop.

Best thing you can do is go back to whoever sold it to you and try and get your money back.
