Bright House internet

I realize this is probably not the best or correct forum to post this particular topic, but I think I would get a better and more accurate answer for what I am looking for here.

I have been with Charter for awhile, and they have been really good up till the past two-three months, where I struggle with holding a connection at night and when I do have a connection, the ping and latency is so bad that it makes gaming near impossible,
especially on the Xbox One. And the high ping/latency makes some games unplayable, such as Battlefront.

I've had them out to look at it and have been fighting like crazy and they just shrug and say they don't know the issue, so I am pondering a switch in providers after 10 years. My options are ATT and Bright House. ATT only offers up to 10Mbps in my area, so
I'd like to avoid them. Bright House offers up to 120Mbps in my area, so I am natural considering them, however I just never hear anything about them and was just wondering if any one here uses them as a provider and can give me a good idea if it'd be worth
the switch.

Would I have a nice stable internet connection? Is the customer support helpful at all? Does the Xbox One work well on their service? Just some general impressions from my fellow gamers would help me out before I make a decision I eventually regret.

Need help.. can I hook up Xbox live to bhn secure?. have original Xbox 360

and white wireless adapter with one antenna.. I have bright house internet but no computer or router I hook up via Wi-Fi to bhn secure Which is a secure public hotspot for bright house customers.. thanks much.

the smaller speed may actually have the better ping times and a more stable connection, the faster the connection does not laways mean more stability. research this as much as possible if i was you, find someone local to you that may use either then you
can compare speeds and connections.
